After creating the logo and brand identity for Holy Cow Indian Cuisine, Clear Image was tasked with designing both the exterior signage and interior layout of the soon-to-open restaurant. The focus was on the customer experience: making the exterior signage inviting and on-point, as well as designing the interior layout so that it was an enjoyable visit for patrons.

The space itself was a former pizza joint and our client wanted to make their restaurant feel like a completely different place. We designed the exterior signage, working with the illuminated signage system that was already in place, to highlight the new visual identity and communicate the company’s image as a quick service Indian cuisine establishment, offering eat-in, take out, delivery and catering. The interior layout was adjusted to give a comfortable amount of waiting space for take-out customers, while allowing dine-in customers a separated space to enjoy their meals. Digital screens would show the menu and make ordering an easy process as new patrons entered the restaurant. Signage both outside and inside the restaurant would visually communicate the fresh ingredients and authentic menu on offer. Our designs included the floor plan/layout, colours, building materials, lighting, furniture/appliances, menu screens and signage.

Clear Image turned these designs into complete three-dimensional architectural renderings for our client and their architect/builder to work from to bring the designs to life.
