Where We Work
Clear Image is a proudly Canadian marketing and design company, serving super-duper clients throughout North America.
Our head office is a home studio located in Toronto, and our team works remotely from all across Canada, and sometimes abroad. We don’t have a big fancy (expensive) office space with bean bag chairs and giant chess boards. Instead, our people work wherever they want in whatever environment they can do their best work.
We connect with our clients in many ways, depending on what works best for them, including phone, email, video chat and good ol’ fashioned face-to-face meetings.
When We Work
Our usual office hours are:
Monday-Friday
9:00am-5:00pm Eastern Time (ET)
However, we understand that sometimes being a business owner means working outside the usual business time and we make ourselves available for our clients as required on evenings and weekends.
How We Get Paid For Our Work
We accept payments via Interac e-Transfer (EMT), cheque, bank payment (EFT) or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
For most of our services, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise stated.
Some projects require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Additional consultation and/or revisions may be subject to hourly rate. (Client will be advised prior to charges.)
2% interest fee will be charged per month on late payments.
All invoices are billed in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are extra.
