Our client – POINTTS™ (The Traffic Ticket Specialists), a firm with 17 locations in three provinces – was in dire need of a fresh website. The level of competition in the traffic ticket paralegal industry is fierce, and despite being the “original and most successful” firm of traffic ticket agents in the country, POINTTS™ was not getting their share of new customers from their current website. Their old website was dated and didn’t provide a positive user experience for potential customers.
Clear Image met with POINTTS™ and several of their franchisees to get a complete understanding of their business, their customers and their competitors. Then we designed and built a new custom, dynamic website that clearly communicated why POINTTS™ is the original, largest and most successful traffic ticket legal firm. More importantly, we made sure their new website clearly communicated what POINTTS™ can do for potential customers – helping drivers avoid fines, demerit points, hefty insurance premiums or licence suspension.
We produced carefully written content (optimized for user experience and SEO), bold images, a clean layout and a strong call-to-action to create a positive user experience and increase customer acquisitions. We also made the website completely responsive and mobile-friendly, including allowing visitors to take a photo of their traffic ticket directly on their smartphone when requesting a free consultation. Additionally, we programmed the website so that online consultation requests are automatically and immediately directed to the appropriate POINTTS™ location, making the process more efficient for both staff and customers.
