Our client, The Dentistry Place, contacted Clear Image about building a new website for their dental clinic to help them attract new patients. At the time, their website was old and didn’t work well on mobile devices. Not good for a dental office that targets millennials. But they had another problem: They lacked a clear brand identity. The business didn’t have a strong logo that visually conveyed their brand and the current brand elements were missing their target market.
After careful consultation with the three dentists/business partners, we proposed that before starting their new website project, we first get their brand identity right.
The dental office is located in a very trendy and cool area of Toronto – a neighbourhood that Vogue magazine named “the second-hippest district in the world.” So they needed a brand identity that was unlike any other boring, typical dental office. No “smiling tooth holding a toothbrush”, they said.
Clear Image designed a new logo and brand identity (colours, fonts, visual elements, etc.) with a modern and unique style to stand out and appeal to their target audience. We then utilized that brand identity to completely revamp their exterior and interior signage as well as build a sleek new website. The response has been overwhelmingly positive with customers commenting on the new look and more new patients joining their practice.
